Les Nefs des Sables Residence. Sleeps 4\. Charming 20m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, located on the 1st floor. East-facing. Stunning sea view from the covered terrace.  
  
Living area (sofa bed), equipped kitchenette, sleeping alcove (two 90cm bunk beds), shower room with toilet.  
Private and secure parking within the residence. Direct access to the sea! Ideal for a couple or a family holiday!  
  
Amenities: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, garden furniture.  
Pets are not allowed, linens are not provided, optional cleaning service available at an extra cost, €550 security deposit (credit card imprint). The bunk beds are only suitable for children under 16 years old.  
  
Port Leucate offers a wide range of activities throughout the summer: large markets, concerts, fireworks, various shows... Leucate is the place to be for watersports: kitesurfing, windsurfing...
