La Capitane Residence. Ideal for 5/6 people. Beautiful, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment with alcove, located on the 2nd floor, offering a superb view of the port. Modern and tastefully decorated. Bright, air-conditioned living room (with sofa bed), open to the fully equipped kitchenette which leads to a terrace overlooking the port, one bedroom (1 double bed), an alcove sleeping area (90cm bunk beds), and a storage room (luggage storage). You have a private and secure parking space within the residence. 600m from the beach. 50m from the port. Classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.  
  
Amenities: Air conditioning, TV, small refrigerator, microwave, oven, garden furniture, storage room, elevator.  
Pets allowed (under 10kg) = €30 per pet, linens not provided, optional cleaning service available at an additional cost, €550 security deposit (credit card imprint). This premier seaside resort is uniquely situated on the coastal strip separating the Leucate lagoon and its oyster beds from the Gulf of Lion. With vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see as a backdrop, the majestic Canigou, the highest peak in the Pyrénées-Orientales, and its ski slopes just an hour and a half away, provides a stunning backdrop. For now, your gaze is drawn to the horizon: the Mediterranean Sea lies before you, along with its magnificent beaches extending for 18 km.
