Friendly and welcoming staff on the desk at check in. The room was small and basic but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part was that it had air conditioning which is invaluable during the heat wave! Close to the train station and a nice walk to the local sites. I love visiting Clermont-Ferrand and will stay here at this hotel again.

Really great place!
The restaurants and bars are fantastic and lovely for a 1-2 days stop.
Only the reception team is less than welcoming and won't help you out with the good tips or any kind of assistance.
Highly recommend the restaurant Bouillon were the staff and food made us have a fun experience.
