The apartment is completely independent from the floor of the house. All rooms open onto a beautiful garden with stunning views of the high peaks of Corsica (Monte d'Oro). The garden is cared for and maintained, it is composed of a multitude of flowers and plants: hydrangea, verbena, agapanthus and roses of all kinds. You can eat in the shade of a vine-covered chestnut reeds and you'll nap on the deck chairs under a big magnolia facing the wild mountains. A rattan lounge also allow you to take breakfasts fragrant honeysuckle and jasmine. The house is located Southeast allows maximum sunlight. The apartment consists of a stylish and authentic furniture in a spirit antiques and shabby with old furniture in chestnut and walnut, linen, lace, china and antiques. You will find 2 beautiful rooms which open on the garden, with all the desired comfort; each bedroom has a storage cabinet and the bedding is regularly renewed. The apartment includes a beautiful living room-kitchen very functional: stove-oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker ... The living room has a beautiful sofa 3 places and an armchair. There is a bathroom with a shower, and 2 separate toilets. Every room in the house is well heated with efficient radiators for the cool season. There is no problem of space for parking outside the house. The small village of Letia is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica. The village has only 40 inhabitants and is located in the natural regional park. Many rambles are possible from the village. They will make you discover magnificent waterfalls and water holes along the river. The immense beaches of the Gulf of Sagone are only 30 minutes away by car. The beautiful calanche of Piana and the village of Porto are only 45 minutes away. The start of the sublime nature reserve of Scandola, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 40 minutes away. The majestic pine and fir forest of Aïtone with its many footpaths and waterfalls is only 35 minutes (travel times vary depending on road traffic.) You will also discover, at the whim of your desires, full of small authentic villages, nestled in the mountains. In short, The village of Letia, is at the intersection between the rugged mountains (Lake Creno, Nino) and the beautiful beaches of the region. Many good typical restaurants you can taste Corsican cuisine with its specialties (fresh fish, meats, cheeses ...) Ajaccio, the imperial city, is only 1 hour away. A Letia, everything is in harmony with nature and where you look, nature is a real show. It is an ideal place to rest, relax, walk, swim. Marie est une personne exceptionnelle qui rend votre séjour unique et mémorable. Le logement est top aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La terrasse propose une vue à couper le souffle. Marie met à disposition un guide touristique qu'elle a réalisé. Ce guide à la hauteur des guides du routard. Résultat nous avons,grâce à Marie, profité d'une crique paradisiaque, d'une randonnée vers un lac remarquable, de plages magnifiques à 30 mn, de plein de merveilles visuellement sublimes (calanque de piana, Cargèse, Sagone, Soccia...). La maison est située dans un partie de la Corse magnifique et authentique ! Le petit village de Létia Saint Martin est vraiment beau. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille. Nos filles de 16 et 20 ans ont adoré ! Veel wandelmogelijkheden, mooie uitzichten en overweldigende natuur. Het huisje heeft echt alles en is heel gezellig. Très agréable, très attentive et de très bons conseils. Un lieu très agréable, convivial et tranquille en montagne mais proche malgré tout de la mer (environ 25 minutes). La vue est splendide et le jardin très agréable! L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. A proximité, de belles balades que Marie a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer. Wenn man diese Lage akzeptiert oder gar sucht, ist es fantastisch. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Berge, bei Sonnenaufgang oder am Abend (oder, wenn man mal den ganzen Tag hier einfach verbummelt, was auch sehr gut passieren kann) ist unübertrefflich. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist von großer Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Fünf Sterne für alles. Merci, Marie! ##### Karsten B. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique et quel calme règne dans le village ! Magnifiques randonnées au départ de la maison et les plages ne sont qu’a 25 minutes de voiture ! Marie est aux petits soins et vous explique toutes les belles choses à faire autour de la maison. Un magnifique séjour à ne pas louper ! ##### léa m. En voici l'explication : depuis la terrasse, une vue à 180 degrés sur les montagnes qui s'habillent de rose au coucher du soleil, la fraîcheur des arbres quand la chaleur de l'après- midi devient pesante, des randonnées faciles, depuis le village, qui mènent en un peu plus d'une heure à des piscines naturelles dans lesquelles se lover,la mer turquoise à 35 mn de route, un gîte tt confort de bon goût, une hôtesse rayonnante et délicate qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable .Bref, à recommander absolument ! Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Marie ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und andere Aktivitäten gibt. Man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen, aber auch schöne Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen. Sowohl das Meer (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto) als auch Ajaccio, Piana oder die Berge der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. ##### Ulrich H. Propriété située idéalement pour faire des randonnées au coeur d'un parc régional et à 30 mn des plages de Sagone. Petit village au calme. Mme PAOLI est là pour vous guider et vous conseiller sur la région : restaurants, plages et randonnées. Une superbe adresse pour se reposer et profiter des paysages corses.
