  • Enjoy a splendid sea view in a super quiet seafront 50m from the beach and the small port in the estuary of Sinope. The house has 4 bedrooms for 2 people and a large bedroom for up to 6 people.
    There are two bathrooms and a heated outdoor shower to rinse back from the beach.
    The house is located on a plot of 16 acres partially wooded, there is always a way to find a place in the sun or in the shade sheltered from the wind!
    The house was completely renovated in 2016-2017.
