Come and enjoy this pretty house in the middle of the pines of more than 120 m2 with family or friends on a large plot of more than 3000m2 with a large south-facing terrace. Good times in perspective between land and sea, 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Landes (cap de l'homy, contis beach, l'especier....) less than 30 minutes from Dax known for its hydrotherapy, 1 hour from Bordeaux and a little less from Bayonne. This house is ideal for discovering the moors. A tubular swimming pool, a swing and a barbecue outside. Inside everything you need for your comfort: a living room, dining room opening onto a spacious kitchen, bedrooms with new bedding. a single storey house that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a 3rd with a bunk bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a dining room opening onto the spacious kitchen with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. A bathroom with bathtub and shower, a separate toilet. Dressing rooms in the entrance, the 1st and 2nd bedroom. The house is as pleasant in summer as in winter thanks to its reversible heating and air conditioning system
