Everything was fine except that there was no facility to make a hot drink in the morning which was always the case in the other hotels I have stayed in. Seconly there were no extra pillows so I could not sit up comfortably and watch the television or haave a drink.

Very convenient location few minutes walk from the Bern Train Hub. Room fixtures and carpet is outdated. Staff is very helpful. Recommend for family stay.

The room was utilitarian--and fine--but the standout was the breakfast. It ended up being the finest breakfast we had across 6 hotels in Switzerland, Italy and Monaco. Location was also perfect, just up the hill from the train station and the waterfront.
