Roads leading to salines aren’t the best so drive slowly . Also make sure you stop at viewing points on route, lovely rugged coastline on way. There are people camping in woods on beach , a mixture of visitors and those who live there permanently, we felt safe there.
Will probably need to hire a car to get around freely
