Located on the 8th floor with an elevator, within a well-maintained residence, the apartment benefits from an exceptional location, right on the water's edge. Vue imprenable sur la mer. État d’entrée et sortie en toute autonomie ce qui facilite les arrivées tardives. La Climatisation serait appreciable.
