Everything is new: furniture, equipment, bedding... perfect to ensure a quality stay. House that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in the heart of the lively district of Arago, famous for its market, this house is ideally located, everything will be within walking distance; city center, train station, market, local shops and the beach. You can enjoy a beautiful kitchen-living room-living room open onto the outdoor terrace, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, TV, Wifi, a dining table and its 6 chairs, ideal for good meals with family or friends! Open and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, X3 induction hob, coffee maker (Krups)...
