ROSE Vacances offers you this 4-bed apartment located on the ground floor in the heart of a private and secure residence, with a swimming pool shared by residents, a stone's throw from the Chaumoise coast.

It is composed of an entrance serving the independent WC, the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, a washing machine and a towel dryer. As well as a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a dressing room, a desk, a TV.

After the corridor you will find the living room with the equipped kitchen; kettle, combi oven/microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob...It opens onto the living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and a table with 4 chairs. The bay window opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

Big plus of this accommodation: a secure parking space within the residence and access to the shared swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September.
