ROSE Holidays offers this 4-person apartment, located on the ground floor in the heart of a private and secure residence with a shared swimming pool, just a stone's throw from the Chaumoise coast. One-star apartment classified as a tourist furnished accommodation since May 2021! Composition of the Accommodation Entrance serving independent toilets and a wet room equipped with an Italian-style shower, washbasin unit, towel dryer and washing machine. Bedroom with double bed (140), dressing, desk and TV. Living area with open kitchen and lounge: Fitted kitchen: kettle, combi oven/microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob. Lounge with sofa bed (140), dining table and 4 chairs. French window opening onto a terrace fitted with table and chairs. Exteriors and Equipment Private terrace overlooking the green spaces of the residence. Communal swimming pool accessible to residents from mid-June to mid-September.
