Whilst the hotel is advertised as 4 stars it doesn't meet 4 stars. There was a shortage of staff, the bar was closed at one point and they ran out of beer. Lack of knowledge on how to pour a beer and mix cocktails! The beer took 3 days to be put back on. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms spacious, they just need to sort out staffing problems
