The 160 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 extra toilets, accommodating up to 15 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available. Please note, there is no air conditioning. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open July 1 to August 31, 9 am to 7 pm) and a children’s pool. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot.



There are 5 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. The chalet offers storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Smoking is not permitted. Babysitting is available. The property provides guidelines for proper waste sorting, with more details on site. Sustainable materials were used for insulation.



A shuttle service to the train station is available for an extra fee. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption. Cleaning is not included; you may clean yourselves or book a cleaning service for an extra fee. Up to 20 guests can be accommodated on request.
