We arrived before checkin time, but the desk staff were so helpful and friendly with letting us store our lugguge and texting us as soon as our room was available. They were also helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and other local information. The breakfast was fantastic - delicious and offered lots of variety! We liked the location as we could access public transportation easily and there was a large shopping center across the street from the hotel. The only negative was our taxi driver seemed to have a hard time finding his way to the dropoff spot for the hotel because of the tram line and one way streets.
