Il n'est pas très bien entretenu contrairement aux autres maison de la résidence. Il ne possède que très peu de vaisselle, ne pas prévoir de faire de la cuisine. VMC très/trop bruyante. Le confort du canapé est très médiocre.Les couvertures sales.
