The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare all your meals. The sleeping area offers three comfortable bedrooms: the first with two 90 cm beds, the second with a trundle bed in 90 cm with an additional pull-out bed, and the third with a 140 cm bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, electric towel warmer, and a separate WC. Outside, the patio invites you to enjoy the sun with its garden furniture and sun loungers, shaded by a manual awning. Two private parking spaces ensure a smooth arrival and a worry-free stay. Pets are not allowed, for the comfort and peace of all guests.
