Fully equipped kitchen: electric induction cooker, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine. A bedroom with transom (1 bed of 140), a cabin bedroom (transom) 1 bed of 90, a WC with washbasin. Upstairs: a bedroom with cupboards 1 bed of 140 - a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 with cupboards.  
Pergola terrace 11m² to the EAST - Patio 22m² with exit without vis-à-vis. Private car park.
