I had to change room.
Also, the water was cutoff for no reason. I had to ask to reception for them to release it.

Our room was pretty good but only because of the location. Top floor corner room overlooking the ocean. However, the room itself is very tired and we had to deal with bugs crawling everywhere. The hotel overall is not well kept. It’s a shame . So much potential .
