"The property is set in a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. My daughter and I arrived late evening 23rd December by taxi from the airport. We had code for keysafe but no key in it! We rang the owner and she came over- she had obviously forgotten our booking and put us in a sub-standard room. It ..."
