Dès notre arrivée nous constatons que les conditions de l’offre ne sont pas respectées. Pas de laverie pas d’ascenseur ! Tous deux en panne depuis plusieurs mois ! Puis le premier en décrochant le pommeau de douche tout l’ensemble de fixation est tombé car rouillé et le tube en métal présentant également de la rouille m’a ouvert le petit orteil droit. Je note également les joints de douche complètement perméables .(l’appartement du dessous va certainement en subir les conséquences ! Des brûlures sur la tête de lit mais personne n’a envisagé de mettre du LED avant que cela ne prenne feux ! Check in was a bit of a hassle and they required a 300 euro deposit that they conveniently forgot to refund after checking out that we had to call a few days later to sort out. The room wasn’t that clean when we checked in and you have to make the beds yourself with sheets provided. They require you to strip the beds before you check out and have room inspected by the housekeeper to see if you cleaned up to their satisfaction. We felt like we were working for them rather than the other way around. The biggest problem there was the lack of sufficient parking and you have to fend for yourself if you go out for dinner and come back to a lot that is packed beyond capacity.
