Les commerces sont à proximité, une place de parking est disponible et l'accès aux piste est relativement rapide (il faut compter environ 5 bonnes minutes de marche). Seul petit bémol, l'appartement n'était pas très propre, un ménage de surface est réalisé par les occupants lors de leur départ et cela n'est pas suffisant.
