Our apartment (3 clĂ©svacances) is at the foot of the new 6-seater chairlift devil, 300 m from the ESF meeting which you can access with your children in a small ski lift just off the devil chairlift. Through our partnership with '2 Alps leisure' you can enjoy a discount of 5% on ski passes and up to 30% on your rental equipment. Our apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​the resort (T4 on the map of the resort), but 2 mins walk from the lively Place de Venosc and Avenue of the muzzle, its shops and restaurants, you therefore do not need to use your car during your stay. It is located in a residence with lift and has direct access to the ski slopes. This spacious apartment (55 mÂČ + terrace of 7 mÂČ) consists of a large living room, two bedrooms and a sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (independent) and two ski lockers. The apartment is equipped with a free box that allows you to access the Internet for free and unlimited. We provide tenants a molten and raclette. We rent a parking space in the season for our tenants. Our apartment got 3 keys in December 2014 for the quality of its equipment and decoration. We renovated a large part of the apartment in 2012 and 2013: Tiling throughout the apartment, laminate in bedrooms, complete renovation of the 2 bathrooms and separate toilet, towel radiators installed in two bathrooms, new kitchen, sound insulation from the ground.
Reservations are only weekly and from Saturday to Saturday. Dogs are allowed, we only rent for 8 people maximum.

great property in a great location, very close to ski lifts. Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the bits and pieces you could need - close to restaurants, bars and shops, lots of good takeaways. We had a great stay.

Le sens "ski aux pieds" prend toute sa valeur, 45 m du départ du télésiÚge "Le diable" avec une porte dérobée à l'arriÚre du bùtiment : plus proche difficile sauf à dormir dans les bennes !Excellent appartement, trÚs fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce bien doté en matériel avec un connexion wifi opérationnelle mais un poil capricieuse.Recommandation du propriétaire sur les restaurants du secteur trÚs fiables, merci Laurent

Plus: Appartement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© (appareil Ă  raclette et Ă  fondue lave linge / sĂšche linge). Pas loin des pistes et calme. Bons Ă©changes avec le propriĂ©taire, appartement fidĂšle Ă  sa description, nous recommandons.Moins: Salon Ă  moitiĂ© dans le noir 3 jours sur 7 parce que le volet roulant avait Ă©tĂ© bloquĂ© Ă  moitiĂ© baissĂ© avant qu’on arrive et on a du gĂ©rer multiples Ă©changes avec le propriĂ©taire qui n’était pas sur place et son rĂ©parateur pour le permettre d’enfin intervenir pendant la semaine ( un plombier pour un autre soucis de rideau de douche qui avait Ă©tĂ© abĂźmĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e Ă©galement). Bref propriĂ©taire trĂšs rĂ©actif et sympathique mais on n’a pas trĂšs envie de gĂ©rer ce genre de sujet quand on loue et aucune indemnitĂ© ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e en contrepartie.

Localisation exceptionnelle

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rĂȘve dans cette station des 2 Alpes que nous avons dĂ©couvert l’annĂ©e derniĂšre avec enchantement. Cet appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, et sa localisation est idĂ©ale. Le seul mini dĂ©faut serait Ă©ventuellement la taille du casier Ă  ski mais on peut aussi les mettre sur le balcon, et les difficultĂ©s pour sĂ©cher les chaussures de ski, mais c’est vraiment pour chipoter. Tout le reste est top ! Merci aux propriĂ©taires ! Le parking est disponible, on peut passer la semaine Ă  pied, les commerces sont Ă  cĂŽtĂ© : location ski, restaurant, boulangerie, poste, banques, forfaits, poubelles ! On peut difficilement faire mieux. Au pied des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques, Ă  15 min max de marche avec les petits du jardin des neiges ! C’était super !

Gut eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement gegenĂŒber dem Lift Le Diable. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, BĂ€cker) um die Ecke, ebenso Gastronomie. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten genĂŒgend Platz.

Bel appartement, bien situé et conforme à la description. Je reprocherais au propriétaire de ne pas avoir réagi aprÚs que que je l'ai informé du fait que deux radiateurs étaient en panne à mi-séjour. A l'arrivée dans la location, je lui signalais une prise "arrachée" dans la cuisine. Il avait été prévenu, mais n'avait pas réparé. Un suivi un peu léger!

Logement trÚs bien situé au pied du télésiÚge du diable et du guichet des forfaits. Magasins à proximité et en face du super restaurant le grain de sel. Appartement trÚs bien entretenu et bien équipé. TrÚs calme situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur. AccÚs simplifié avec la keybox. casier à ski au rdc c'est trÚs pratique. 1 place de stationnement dans la résidence. Photos conformes au logement. Semaine du Jour de l'an 2020 en famille

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et confortable, mĂȘme en utilisant le canapĂ© convertible du salon. (6 adultes, 2enfants et 1 bĂ©bĂ©). SituĂ© au pied du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge du Diable et Ă  moins de 5 minutes des commerces. Il faut compter 10 minutes pour rejoindre les cours ESF en longeant le front de neige. Le propriĂ©taire est disponible et dispense de bons conseils, location , restaurants , 
. : Le restaurant d'altitude le Diable au cƓur: top Les deux places de parking sont un vrai plus. Aller, un seul mini bĂ©mol: le box dans le local Ă  ski est un peu petit pour 7 skieurs. La neige Ă©tait au rendez vous, comme la mĂ©tĂ©o bref un super sĂ©jour . Florence et Bruno

Appartement conforme Ă  la description. Spacieux et super Ă©quipĂ© ! Il y a tout! Machine linge/vaisselle bouilloire etc... mais surtout appareil a raclette/fondue! Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs disponible. Au pied du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge du diable qui est un peu moins encombrĂ© que le gros tĂ©lĂ©cabine Jandry le matin. PossibilitĂ© d’arriver Ă  l’appartement ski au pied! 2 places de Parking dont une en bas de l’immeuble et une couverte. Seul bĂ©mol, les rassemblements des Ă©coles de ski sont un peu loin. C’etait un peu galĂšre avec notre petite de 4ans pas trop autonome mais pas un problĂšme pour les enfants autonomes et adultes. SĂ©jour parfait!
