Wir mussten unsere Ferien vorzeitig abbrechen
Meine Familie und ich (6 Erwachsene, 1 Baby + 1 Hund) wollten über die Weihnachtstage in dieser Unterkunft Ferien machen. Der Empfang übernahm eine Drittperson, die Nachbarin, welche freundlich und zuvorkommen war. Leider wurden wir von der Wohnung enttäuscht... Das versprochene Reisebett fürs Baby war kaputt und konnte nicht zusammengebaut werden. Der Duschvorhang im 2. Stock war voller Schimmel und die Heizung (ebenfalls im 2. Stock) hat nur teilweise funktioniert. Eines der drei Zimmer im 2. Stock war so eiskalt, dass das Schlafen in diesem Zimmer unmöglich war. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden unsere Ferien frühzeitig abzubrechen. Mein Partner und ich sind bereits nach einer Nacht und der Rest meiner Familie nach der 2. Nacht abgereist. Positiv war, dass sie uns dafür dann die Kurtaxe gekürzt haben, so mussten wir nur die 2 Nächste bezahlen und nicht für die ganze Woche.

Wir haben den Jura mit seinen grossen Weiden, den Pferden und kleinen Seen entdeckt und genossen.
Die Wohnung war angenehm warm, die Küche sehr schön und gemütlich für 7 Personen. Das Preis-/Leistungsvergältnis hat total gestimmt. Die Angaben im Internet und jene im Ordner in der Wohnung sollten angeglichen werden.

Man kann Ferien machen, könnte aber dort angenehmer sein
Der Empfang wurde von einer Stellvertretung übernommen. Man musste sich alles selber zusammensuchen (z.B.Jurapass, Kinderstuhl, Parkplatzsituation, Gartenmöbel usw.) Es war uns nicht bewusst, dass man im 1.+2. Stock ist und im EG noch eine Mietwohnung ist. Sauberkeit vorallem Küche nicht so berauschend. Sehr alte, teilweise kaputte Einrichtung. Überall in den Schränken waren noch private Sachen drin.

Toll für Familienferien
Viel Platz zur Verfügung. In der Küche alles was man braucht vorhanden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wandern, Schwimmen. Einkaufen (Coop) mit grossem Sortiment in Gehdistanz. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang.
