Booking made through Vrbo constitutes a request for a stay. Payment for the rental is made directly to the host and not via the platform.

Following your booking, you will receive a Vrbo confirmation. However, no payment will be taken by the platform. The concierge will contact you to provide you with the terms of payment.

A rental contract will be sent to you and must be signed before your arrival. A security deposit will also be requested in accordance with the conditions set out in the contract.

The booking will be considered as definitively confirmed after receipt of the payment and the required documents.
