Superb 6-person apartment at the foot of the slopes, in the "Coeur des Loges" residence
Comfortable duplex T3 for 6 people, 52m² (+ 7m² under 1.80m or 59m²) on the top floor of a very quiet 4-star residence in Les Ménuires (alt: 1850m).
This beautiful **** tourist residence is a ski-in and out residence with ski lifts, Les Bettex chairlifts, and Tortollet.
The 3 Valleys area is the largest ski area in the world, bringing together 8 stations (Méribel, Couchevel, Val Thorens, Les Ménuires ..) with 600 km of slopes for both beginners and experts.
The residence is located in a quiet area, backed by traders, and close to the Croisette.
It is a **** tourist residence with very good services made by the promoter EIFFAGE (swimming pool, spa, fireplace area ...) and managed by MMV
The apartment is a duplex, with toilet at the entrance, living room with open kitchen, double sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, a bedroom with bunk beds, a large bedroom with a double bed + bathroom with shower.
Sheets and towels are provided, end of stay cleaning included (except kitchen area and dishwasher storage)
Basement parking space and ski locker included and reserved.

Ski hire - convenience store - restaurant - shuttle to the center of the resort at the foot of the complex.

A small tourist tax will be required upon arrival on site.
