SARVAN 707 : Nice studio cabine for 4 persons, 18m², renovated. 4th floor with a lift. North facing with a balcony.  
Kitchen : 2 vitroceramic hobs, fridge, mini-oven, micro-wave, classic coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, electric toaster.  
Living-room : 1 sofa-bed for 2 persons and a TV set.  
Cabine (in the entrance) : 2 bunk beds (2 single beds).  
Bathroom with bath.  
Separated toilets.  
Ski-room.  
Extra services available (to pay on arrival) :   
bedlinen, towels' sets, end of stay cleaning.  
WIFI available with a credit card.  
Pets allowed with extra cost.  
Upper beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old.  
NO SMOKING in the apartment.

The Sarvan residence is located in the Preyerand district with direct access to the slopes. It enjoys a quiet location with free outdoor parking. It is close to the free "pedestrian" cable car which joins the shops and services of the resort center during the day, also accessible by a pétion path (about 15 mins).  
Very nice location to be the first on the slopes.
