Can’t say anything negative. They care about every little thing. Spa is great, breakfast really tasty and the staff so friendly and helpful. We left at 6am so they left us a really nice breakfast for take away and also took us to the place we needed to be, despite the early hour. The hotel culture manages to make you feel like family and royalty at the same time, catering to your every need. Little touches like chocolates, nuts and a coffee machine in the room, fabulous breakfasts and a travel pack on departure.
