Table et chaises sont branlantes, bonnes à changer. Le ménage reste médiocre (joint SDB, mur cuisine, odeur tabac couloir). Nous avons eu de la chance de ne pas avoir trop de bruit car cet appartement est situé à l’entre niveau au dessus des pubs anglais du haut de station. La résidence est bien organisée mais ce fait vraiment vieillissante. L’appartement est normal mais quelques attentions dont la partie cuisine sont récentes.
