Het geheel is gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. De stopcontacten hangen uit de muur, er is geen mogelijkheid om de douche op te hangen, de wc is te klein om te zitten. De vloer was smerig. De matrassen zij vies en hard. De afwasmachine stroomt over bij gebruik.
