Il est également très bien situé au centre de la station avec le départ sur les pistes à la sortie des casiers à skis. Mais il y a un bémol : il est mal insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur (simple vitrage) si bien qu'on profite du bruit des noctambules jusque tôt le matin pour continuer par les chasse-neige et les camions qui livrent les boutiques juste en bas... Les nuits ne sont pas reposantes.
