En revanche : le ménage était extrêmement mal fait à l'arrivée (sol vraiment sale!), la chambre des parents est plus qu'exigue (on passe à peine entre le lit et le mur sur les 3 côtés et il n'y a aucun rangement facilement accessible). Cet appartement aurait bien besoin d entretien. Salle de bain moyenne. Bref , à part le balcon au soleil, c est bien cher pour la prestation. Les photos embellissent vraiment la réalité. Ascenseur jusqu au 5ème, donc 2 étages à pied.
