Located in a quiet corner in the south of the island in the popular town of Anses d'Arlet, the villa boasts breathtaking views over the bay of Petite-Anse. Tucked away in a peaceful hillside residential neighbourhood, the villa offers a small private pool, a terrace and a garden complete with its barbecue set and outdoor dinner table. A fully equipped modern kitchen, and 2 bathroom complete this comfortable property, which we hope you will enjoy. Free Wifi internet and free parking for 2 cars.

Séjour à Latitans
Villa correspondant à la description, donc très bien équipée. Sauf pour les salles de bains, la villa était très propre. Seul vrai bémol, le disjoncteur principal de la villa sautait régulièrement. Ce fut un séjour très agréable d'un mois en Martinique. Sur la terrasse de la villa, la vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et l'île de Ste-Lucie est époustouflante. La piscine, bien que petite, était très intime et agréable au retour de nos randonnées. La villa étant située au cœur du morne Jacqueline, l'accès est un peu compliqué (côtes et virages impressionnants) et les épiceries et boulangeries un peu éloignées (automobile absolument nécessaire).

Vraiment une maison de top qualité au niveau emplacement - équipements - propreté - service - aimabilite des hôtes et Sandy sur place, cuisine super sur- équipée comme au niveau des machines aussi condiments, l emplacement c est un rêve !! Les hôtes très généreux - des cadeaux qui vous attendent dans frigo, draps et coussins très agréables, matelas top qualité !! Moustiquaires très grand taille, rien qui entre!! Piscine très soignée, barbecue super fonctionnel.. Pour exprime gratitude je ne pas des mots suffisantes.. Encore merci Thierry !!

Magnifique maison
Très bel endroit, dans les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue à couper le souffle. Maison isolée des voisins, sans vis-à-vis mais un peu proche d’une route passante. Rue un peu difficile d’accès, mieux vaut privilégier un SUV car très pentue. Proches de tous les meilleurs spots du sud de l’île. Elle a été complètement repeinte à neuf. Petit point négatif, la chambre cabine qui est vraiment petite mais les photos parlent d’elles même donc sans surprise. La mauvaise surprise c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de rideau sur le hublot et donc les enfants étaient réveillés dès 5-6h du matin. La villa dispose de toutes les commodités, bien équipées, excepté du lave vaisselle, mais très franchement ça manquait pas tant que ça. Je vous recommande ce bel endroit.

Sejour agreable dans un gite remarquable et bien équipé, le point de vue est de toute beauté, pour la gestion à l'entrée et à la sortie, Sandy a été efficace et Laurent, le propriétaire eqr vraiment très attentionné, je recommande ce lieu sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour !
La villa est super bien située: vue à couper le souffle, aucun vis-à-vis. Intérieur spacieux et relativement confort. Les couchages sont tops! Sandy est très réactive et est là au moindre souci. Bref : que du bonheur ! Ce qui nous a peut-être manqué c’est de pouvoir marcher ou se promener un peu à pieds au départ de la maison car l’accès donne sur une petite route qui grimpe beaucoup. Nous y sommes restés 2 mois et y retournerions bien volontiers !
