La literie est confortable et l'ensemble est très bien tenu par le maitre des lieux qui nous a accueilli le premier soir. Strand und Ortschaft sind fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 300m), wenngleich der Rückweg wegen des steilen Anstiegs schweißtreibend ist. Die Anfahrtbeschreibung zum Objekt war gut, der Empfang durch Mr. Cholvy äußerst freundlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ansonsten entspricht die Einrichtung den Fotos. Nous avons été déçus pas l'état de propreté du logement à notre arrivée. Les précédents locataires n'avait visiblement pas nettoyé correctement le logement mais au delà de ça l'appartement a besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur ce qui n'est pas de la responsabilité des locataires. Il y avait beaucoup de toiles d'araignée, des saletés dans les tiroirs de la cuisine, la vaisselle n'était pas propre, les plafonds sont tâchés, les pales des ventilateurs recouvertes de poussière, certains coussins du salon sont tachés également. Enfin la salle de bains est à rénover (porte de douche s'ouvre toute seule, plan de travail gonflé par l'humidité). ##### Elodie L. Internet fonctionne bien, la climatisation également. Par contre un petit rafraichissement au niveau de l'entretien semble nécessaire ( SDB, peinture, placards...) Niveau propreté c'était le minimum, un nettoyage de notre part a été effectué pour débuter le séjour. Cholzy qui est très sympatique et nous a donné de bons conseils . L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. La vue est splendide sur la mer des Caraïbes et sur la plage d'Anse d'Arlet. Beaucoup de petits restaurants à proximité avec leur spécialité locale : le Balaou ( petit poisson frit) que nous avons adoré. Ne pas oublier de prendre les masques , palmes et tuba pour découvrir les poissons multicolores et les tortues marine . L'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un séjour confortable dans un décor de rêve. L'équipement de chaque pièce avec des ventilateurs est très appréciable, la vue est magnifique. La décoration personnalisée de l'appartement est un plus par rapport aux décors standards, banals et uniformes couramment rencontrés. Vous faites la cuisine avec une vue imprenable et vous mangez avec A recommander.Pas loin de l' église où la messe nous a enjoui.Pas loin du centre avec des pêcheurs qui vendent leurs très bon poissons variés ,le petit bar d' Alex et Rosine,la boulangerie qui ouvre très tôt, la plage.Seul regret les yenyens qui piquent.Et puis toutes les anses et mornes à faire absolument.Très belle île même si nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde cette année. La location a contribué à la réussite de ce séjour. Elle est très confortable pour 4 personnes. Son point fort est sa vue splendide sur les Anses d'Arlet: on ne s'en lasse pas. L' autre point positif est la proximité de la plage et de ses richesses. N'oubliez pas vos masques et tubas! Monsieur Rousseau est très sympathique. Sur place Mr Cholvy est très accueillant et très attentif à notre bien être.
