### Les Terrasses Sur Les Angles - Vue Montagne

The Cocoonr / Book&pay agency offers this 390 m² chalet with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake in Les Angles, a ski resort accessible by free shuttle, complete with swimming spa and jacuzzi (available at extra cost), which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It features an attractive 62 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with showers) and a south-west-facing 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
  
First floor:  
\- 62 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied), sofas and dining area   
\- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas and induction hobs, electric kettle, toaster, soup blender, coffee machines, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
\- Garage  
\- Ski room  
  
Level -1 :  
\- A games room with a single sofa bed   
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×200) with electric single mattresses and TV  
\- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)  
\- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Dormitory (sleeps 6): with 2 bunk beds - double bed 140x190 underneath and single bed above for each bunk bed

\- Three terraces, each around 45 m², to enjoy the view and the sunny days.  
  
The chalet is ideally located in the commune of Les Angles, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
