Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a south-facing balcony with a view of the Lac de Matemale. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 24 m² living room with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area. \- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, pod coffee maker, etc. \- Bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: \- A balcony of approx. 3m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, electric room fragrance, a card game, a blanket and a high chair for babies. Le Solaire "🙂 L'emplacement dans la station est très chouette, la vue sur le lac et le parking sont des bonus appréciables. Appartement dog friendly, amis des poilus, n'hésitez pas. Nous connaissions bien la station mais pas ce quartier, c'est très très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer et se déconnecter. Accès au centre ville en quelques minutes à pieds, proche commodités et restaurants. Vous pouvez aussi cuisiner dans l'appartement sans problème pour plus d'autonomie. Tout le confort est présent (micro onde, sèche cheveux, aspirateur, condiments et papier toilette sopalin) La station des Angles est parfaite pour randonner, profiter du bike park (pour les débutants et les confirmés) et point très positif elle est plutôt dog friendly ce qui permet de prendre votre Wawa avec vous partout (meme dans les télécabines pour profiter de departs de randonnées variés) 🙁 L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et c'est assez dommage pour un appartement au 3eme étage avec un vélo de VTT descente a monter et descendre chaque jour ( courses, affaires diverses lorsqu'un arrive et repart). Nous avons sûrement manqué de chance sur le timing.
