Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 24 m² living room with a TV (no Wi-Fi in the property) and a fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs…
- Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (walk-in shower)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds and a pull-out bed (two single beds)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (160×200) and a folding bed that doubles as a cot, opening onto a small south-east-facing balcony
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- Off the living room: a south-east-facing balcony, approx. 4 x 1.5. A table and two chairs are provided (stored away during the winter months)
- Off one of the upstairs bedrooms: a south-east-facing balcony, approx. 3 x 1.5

The flat is ideally situated in Les Angles, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market…

Winter activities:
- Ski resort 50 m away: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, sledge riding, snake gliss, cross-country ski trail…

- You can park directly in the flat’s garage. Parking space in a communal garage located beneath the accommodation. Suitable for a standard car up to 4.5 metres in length.
- Shuttle buses to the town’s various neighbourhoods and the ski area.
- Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse railway station is 14 km away (19 mins by car)
- Perpignan Airport is 96 km away (1 hour 40 mins by car).

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility (or can be arranged at an additional cost through our local service provider).
- The fireplace is in working order but firewood is not provided.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
