Le Caribou - Appt 3 chambres proche pistes

We propose to you to the rent, in Les Angles, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 24 m² (with fireplace), equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, no Wifi in the accommodation, fireplace (wood provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker...
- Room 1 : A room with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (Italian shower)
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :
- Room 2: Two bunk beds and a pull-out bed (two single beds)
- Room 3 : Double bed (160x200) and a baby bed which opens onto a small balcony facing south-east
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- At the level of the living room: balcony exposed south-east 4x1,5 approximately. A table and two chairs at disposal
- On the level of a room on the floor : balcony facing south-east 3x1,5 approximately

The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Winter activities :
- Ski resort at 50 m : ski, snowshoes, snow, luge, snake gliss, cross-country ski track...
- Dog sledding, ice diving,
- Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa aqua ludic.
- Summer sledding open all year round, electrically assisted mountain bikes adapted to the snow,

Summer activities :
- In the village, orienteering course, treasure hunt for children, tennis courts, playground, City stadium, Pump Track, skate Park for rollerblading and skateboarding, climbing room, bowling alley, Angléo Spa aqua ludique.
- Walks and aquatic activities on the banks of the lake of Matemale located at 3 km. Accrobranche, mini-golf, horseback riding, trampolines, fishing, paddle, canoeing, sailing, electric scooters, archery.
- Gondola open all year round bringing you to 2000 m of altitude. Bike Park, mountain bike circuits, hiking, orienteering, paragliding, animal park of Les Angles in Capcir (wolf, bear, marmots...)

Transportation :

- You can park directly in the garage of the apartment. Box in a collective garage located under the housing. Suitable for an average car of 4.5 meters max.
- Shuttles to the different areas of the city and the ski area.
- Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse train station located at 14 km (19 min by car)
- Perpignan airport located at 96 km (1h40 by car).

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care (or in supplement with our provider on the spot).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided (wood available in the garage, without guarantee of replenishment. No extra charge).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation

Bel appartement mais organisation catastrophique
L’appartement est beau, très bien situé. Vue splendide et literie de qualité. Par contre l’organisation Abritel+agence de location /paiement + conciergerie est catastrophique. J’avais demandé quelques renseignements avant d’arriver, l’agence m’a répondu de voir avec Abritel et le propriétaire, mais les messages sur Abritel n’ont pas de réponse. A l’arrivée, malgré prise de rdv, plus d’une heure d’attente pour les clés. J’ai demandé le menage, elle m’a pris 150 euros en espèces, ce qui est plutôt beaucoup et malgré plusieurs relances pour avoir la facture, je ne l’ai jamais eue. Sur l’annonce, il était indiqué « bois fourni » pour la cheminée, comme il n’y en avait pas, la dame de la conciergerie m’a dit pas de aouci je vous l’apporte puis m’a dir ensuite qu’elle était désolée mais le propriétaire lui a dit que oui le bois etait bien fourni mais s’il n’y en avait plus, c’était au locataire de le fournir. Mesquin pour 12 euros de bois pour une loc de 1000 euros…. Pour le depart, la conciergerie nous a dit comme c’était compliqué pour elle de deposer les clés dans un hôtel à proximité. Bref, meme si l’appartement est top, l’organisation est vraiment en défaut ce qui gâche la globalité de la prestation….
