Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a shower room. The apartment is composed as follows \- A 20 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds and a dining area. \- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom with double bed and single bunk bed \- Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior : \- An east-facing balcony of approx. 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. À notre arrivée, le sol était sale (poils, miettes, ongles…), il restait de la nourriture dans le lavabo, du sang seché sur le sèche serviettes, la poubelle pleine. En plus de ça, les matelas (très anciens) sont tous creusés au centre, très fin et permettent même de sentir les lattes du sommier. En voulant nettoyer, l’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons fait part à l’hôte de notre mésaventure qui dans un premier temps s’est excusé et a proposé de rembourser les frais de ménage. Une fois le temps du séjour écoulé, plus aucune nouvelle de l’hôte ni du remboursement. Bref, je vous déconseille fortement ce logement. ##### Agence C. Nous n’avons eu que deux contacts avec l’agence pour notre arrivée et notre départ et seulement par téléphone. À notre arrivée, le sol n’était pas propre des miettes de pain, des cheveux et de la poussière. Le linge sale des anciens locataires dans le salon. étant allergique aux acariens, c’était très difficile, nous avons dû faire nous-mêmes le ménage sachant qu’il n’y avait plus de liquide vaisselle et pas de sacs-poubelle. L’aspirateur était plein, nous avons eu en guise de tapis de salle de bain, une serpillière en mauvais état, pas de tapis à l’entrée dans le logement, un matelas ancien, certaines vaisselle, sale ou ébréchées et surtout une douche bouchée, nous avons dû acheter des produits d’entretien pour nous sentir bien sachant que nous restions trois nuits. Cependant il est dommage que l'agence nous réclame de laisser l'appartement ""comme on l'a trouvé"" sachant qu'elle nous fait payer 70 euros de frais de ménage au préalable. D'autant plus que la personne chargée de faire l'état des lieux de sortie a passé un simple mouchoir pour effacer les quelques traces laissées dans la cuisine et la salle de bain sous nos yeux, ce qui nous laisse perplexe sur la potentielle intervention d'un personnel de nettoyage.
