Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace facing the mountain and the lake. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area : \- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, armchairs and dining area. \- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee machine... Sleeping area: \- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200). \- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200). \- A bathroom with bathtub. \- Separate toilet. Exterior: \- A terrace of about 20 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, iron.
