The apartment offers a beautiful living space with a spacious kitchen area opening onto a large dining table. The living room can be closed off with a double door, making the space both very open and flexible. These two rooms open onto a ground-level terrace and a garden where children can play in the snow. Fauvettes 2 has three bedrooms. The first, located at the entrance to the apartment, has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The second is equipped with a double bed (140 cm). It opens onto the exterior via a French window and therefore benefits from beautiful natural light. Next to these two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Another separate toilet is also accessible via the hallway. The third bedroom is accessed from the living room. It is a windowless room. However, it has a tinted bay window to provide natural light. A water area with sink and shower allows it to be independent.
