In the living room there is a sofa bed with pull-out bed (80x190) and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Next to the entrance there is a cabin bedroom with a set of bunk beds (90x190). A shower room with wc. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a mezzanine with a single bed and a pull-out bed (90x190) and a Shower room with wc and washing machine. Balcony, South orientation, ski locker in the residence. Non-smoking apartment. 3rd floor. Pets forbidden.  
  
Additional services to pay and to book in advance: Bed linen, Towels, Final cleaning end of stay, Baby cot and baby chair.  
  
THE RESIDENCE : Le Sérac is located in the Châtelet neighborhood, in a quiet area. It is located near to the slopes and about 500m from the shops and the nursery.  
  
THE NEIGHBORHOOD : Le Châtelet is a recent residential area of Méribel Mottaret, connected to the center of the resort and to shops by a funicular. In order to facilitate your stay, it is advisable to reserve a parking space for the week.
