Upon entry, one is struck by the quality of the finishes that attest to a taste for excellence and attention to detail. On the ground floor, a fully-equipped modern kitchen awaits you. It naturally extends to an elegant dining room, making this space an ideal place for convivial meals. The living room, adorned with a beautiful fireplace insert, offers a warm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The first floor comprises three bedrooms equipped with double beds and a television for your comfort. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor. For those coming in groups or families, the second floor offers a dormitory with five single beds, as well as a functional bathroom. The chalet also has a garden with an outdoor jacuzzi; you will also find a plancha/barbecue. In terms of amenities, the chalet is equipped with two covered parking spaces, and a ski locker is available in the common areas. This chalet is ideal for those looking to experience the alpine lifestyle in all its prestige. It's in a new development in Les Allues, with several nice chalets but plenty of privacy - about 400m away from the lifts. The chalet was clean and spacious, with a fireplace and a hot tub. Ce chalet, d'une toute nouvelle construction, s'est avéré être un lieu parfaitement équipé, bénéficiant d'un chauffage optimal, et offrant deux places de parking. Il dispose même d'un jacuzzi extérieur dont nous avons pleinement profité. Sa situation idéale à proximité du téléphérique Olympe, nous permettant un accès direct aux pistes de ski, a grandement contribué à notre satisfaction. Nous tenons particulièrement à souligner le travail remarquable de notre interlocuteur, Raphaël. Sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et son excellence en matière de communication ont été des atouts indéniables. Il nous a également prodigué d'excellents conseils qui ont grandement enrichi notre séjour.
