Beautiful house in the mountains, the Septs Laux
Large family home, close to Prapoutel les sept Laux resort. Very nice view of the Belledonne chain and the Prapoutel resort.
At 1km, the village of Adrets with a grocery store and at 1.3 km, the village of Theys (with shops: supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, pizzeria) Medium mountain atmosphere guaranteed ... Located in the Belledonne chain, 20 minutes from Chartreuse and 45 minutes from Vercors.
At 5 min, you can practice alpine or cross-country skiing at the station (many shops): large ski area of 120km with the grouping of three stations
Apart from downhill skiing, 15 km of cross-country ski trails are maintained in Prapoutel, while access to the Barioz cross-country ski area (8 km) offers 50 km of trails nearby.
Fully equipped, the house is comfortable in summer and winter.
Beautiful walks and many activities in the region
The house is on one level open on a beautiful plot of 1650m2 with 4 bedrooms upstairs.
Beautiful living room of 35 m2 with very large bay windows and a stone fireplace. Very bright room, fully equipped open kitchen.
The house is on 3 levels. It is on the 2 upper levels that the 4 bedrooms are located, each level having toilet and bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds, one with a loft bed and a sofa bed below. Tea towels and hand towels are provided, sheets are not, but can be rented for € 10 / double bed for the entire stay. On the ground floor, the kitchen is open to the living room where the fireplace is located. The large bay windows give lots of light to this large space.
Prices :
weekend from Friday afternoon to Sunday: € 500/2 nights + € 80 cleaning fee
week (if school holiday period from Saturday to Saturday): 1200 € / 7 nights + 80 €
For stays between 3 and 6 days: decreasing prices, consult me
