Poor accomodation and not fit for family

On inspection of the room the high bunk bed had no steps and no side protection. Shower only lasted for one small shower. Toaster, dining chair and freezer compartment broken. Smoke alarm defective and not working and plug sockets broken and open to cables. No kettle. No help from owner.
