"This hotel is beautiful, but my stay was incredibly frustrating. The way the shower and tub are designed caused my entire room to flood. It was a complete nightmare. I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help. They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support.
