Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned duplex flat for rent in Les Abymes. With a surface area of 69 m², it can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is located on the 2nd floor of the residence. It consists of a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
  
On the first level:  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas, and a dining area   
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, air fryer, rice cooker, etc.  
  
On the second floor:   
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190), one balcony   
\- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: a single bed (90×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Les Abymes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
