    There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment in total; this is the second-largest, with 3 beds. It is currently furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed. In the coming weeks, the bunk bed will be replaced with a double bed to provide even more comfort.

    The apartment is centrally located, just about a 5-minute walk from Cineplexx Leoben. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and recreational activities—all within easy walking distance.

    In the shared garden, you can play with your children in peace or get some fresh air.

In unserem 5 tätigen Aufenthalt fühlte ich mich etwas wie in einem Laufhaus, ständig wechselnde Leute, vorallem respektlose und anstandslose Leute, die ebenso das Appartement gemietet haben, ein Arbeiten war leider dort nicht möglich, obwohl ich Dienstlich unterwegs war. Der Letzte Mieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm, ebenso die Mutter mit der ich ein sehr nettes Gespräch führte, nach unberechtigten Beschwerden der Mieter, im großen und ganzen okay, aber nochmal leider nicht mehr.
