"Breakfast was ok. It was difficult to adjust room temp. Very inconvenient to take luggage to second floor for seniors. There should be a lif."

"This was like staying in a two bedroom walk up in NYC only sooooo much bigger and better! We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our Room! (The presidential suite). Everything was clean and tidy. Very pleasant decor. While there was not a place to get coffee down in the lobby area, there was a full kitchen where we could make our own. We ended up going to Starbucks down the road a bit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Wonderful location also!!"

"The house was perfect for a group of five women who wanted to get away for a girls trip. 2.5 bathrooms, a great kitchen, fully stocked, comfortable seating in the living room, dining room and screened in porch. It was cold, so we did not take advantage of outdoor seating and a fire pit, but that would have been great. We were greeted with a loaf of fresh bread, which was welcome. The host communicated frequently and quickly. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"House is not waterfront/on the lake, but closeby to it. The home is really nice and well stocked. The pool table is unfortunately not usable, due to damaged felt. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was VERY windy there in April...not sure if it's like that all the time. Property manager Rick is very responsive, thoughtful and polite."

"The house is large with great space inside and out. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen is functional. The location in between Stockbridge and Lenox was great. Cons: ladybug infestation upstairs was pretty disgusting, the dishwasher is in an odd location, and 2 of the doors accessible to the outside didn’t lock. The property manager responded quickly when we brought these issues to him but nothing was done to fix the locks. We had a nice stay but don’t think we would revisit this property. "
