"Room was clean, staff super nice and friendly, breakfast was good. The bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pull out sofa bed our daughter slept on. If all the rooms are this way, they really need to replace them. Also, shower water pressure/shower head was not the best. "

"Its a beautiful hotel and all the staff was very friendly & helpful. The inside pool kept the kids busy. The only downfall was that all the outside games, firepit (which would of been perfect for a spring night when we were there) and loungers were locked up behind a fence. The 2 days we were there the weather was sunny and in the 60-70s and we wanted to do more things outside but were not able to so that was a big bummer."

"My 1st experience was at the front desk where he told me that my reservation for a king bed was not available and I had to take a double bed room. He didn't apologize or anything. The outside door card reader was old and janky and needs to be replaced. Walked into the room and it had a smell. The door had cracks on the side and bottom that let in light and sounds. The wall in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet doesn't flush well. They do give you good shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit options and the pancakes tasted funny. The air conditioner worked well and the room stayed cool. The room overall was clean except need to pay more attention to the sweeping of the floor. If I was staying for pleasure on this trip I would have had my $ refunded and booked at another hotel."

"Beautiful place, nice comfortable room, loved the back patio area. Staff was kind of rude. In fairness, the whole place was full of kids for some convention. Maybe they’d had a long day. Ha! We got checked in easy, had a comfortable night’s rest, and really loved the location. I’d stay here again. "
