Our check in was at 1500. We got there about 1700 and they told us our room wasn’t ready. We had been traveling all day so it was a little annoying/frustrating we had to wait about 20-30 minutes for our room to be ready as we were sooooo tired from traveling all day.

The staff was great, I had a problem with the food and the grille. My food tasted weird, they did great and gave my son something different. The biggest issue I had was with the text message service. It was difficult to get what I needed from this number as they did not respond. I attempted multiple times and it was still no success. Overall the stay was good and hopefully they can resolve this issue.

The ROLM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THATS THR BEST EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BUT NO COMPS AND FOR MY BIRTHDAY NO FREE PLAY?! OH WELL NOT IMPRESSED WITH THAT AT ALL IT WAS KIND OF BORING TOO !
