This was our second stay here. We enjoy the location of the hotel! Our first stay was incredible & the staff was very accommodating. This last stay was still enjoyable, however there are a few things that could have been a little better. Our next door neighbor was smoking weed & it made our room for the first two days smell like it. The conditioner on the bathroom wall fell off on this first day- simple maintenance fix. The cleaning staff also took all our towels and accidentally forgot to add new ones. The front desk was great about getting some to our room. Overall the stay was still great & we will be coming back here in the future!

Great location, bed and comforter is really comfortable, room is small and floor is not very clean. Also kind of annoying that air conditioner is next to your bed can some time feel the cold air at night.

"An oasis in Singleton. I've had a lovely time for my birthday at this motel. I loved the garden view and sitting on the balcony, the warm breakfast and relaxing at the pool. Very good staff, going the extra mile. I highly recommend this place."
