Lo que nos molestó mucho fue la cantidad de perros que se te ponían abajo de los pies cada vez que comías algo, eran por lo menos 6 perros, dos con tiña, que hasta daba pena que nadie se preocupara de ellos. Si les gustan los animales, creo que hay que preocuparse y tenerlos sanos. Daba pena pero tampoco queríamos tener los pies llenos de perros rascándose encima. Los interruptores de las piezas estaban muy sucios. Las toallas había que pedir que te las cambien. Precio / calidad más o menos. De todas maneras creo que era el mejor hotel de esa playa, pero tiene esos detalles. Our room was tidy and spacious! The bed was a huge king. We found accessible to walk from our hotel to nearby restaurants. The scooter hire from the resort was more expensive than down the road and they could not provide helmets and also gave us scooter that had no petrol. Heisst eigener privater Vorplatz (kleiner Garten) mit Sonnenschirm und Stühlen. Die Villa war sehr grosszügig und sehr sauber. Top. Am Strand stehen Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung (gratis). Das Meer war für uns persönlich nicht sehr einladend zum Baden, da es viele tote Korallen hatte die man zuerst hätte überwinden müssen. Aber für eine Abkühlung war es allemal ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel eigene Restaurant haben wir nicht beansprucht. Am Strand gibt es eine grosse Auswahl von Restaurants sowie an der Hauptstrasse (Rest. Lemongras ist sehr zu empfehlen). Breakfast (you can choose from three different sets on the menu) was alright but nothing to shout about. What we didn't like: Noise at night and in the morning around your villa (think motorcycles going off, dogs barking, roosters crowing, you can also hear people talking). I expected better amenities for a "luxury" villa e.g. bedroom slippers, toiletries (usually we aren't fussed about bedroom slippers but the villa had no rug and the floor feels kind of dirty without them). Bed was on the harder side. Indiana Kenanga is very well located and walking distance to spa, restaurants, Magoo bike rental, etc. If the skies are clear, you will get stunning purplish/orangey sunsets and you will see the yolk disappearing to the last bit. Amazing. Service is great and the French restaurant serves great breakfasts (minus the ubiquitous flies found everywhere in Lembongan). There are two small pools by the two restaurants and a good beach lounge area with great music. It is interesting to note that there are a few private villas within the villa compound. Our villa #19 was all the way in and it seemed like we were bordered by the roadside. The soundproofing is bad, and we can hear roadside noises and our neighbours from their bedroom clearly. The villa itself is spacious. We wore our slippers in the villa as the floor did not feel clean for us to be barefoot. Airconditioning is good. Toilet is fine. The shower area’s rainforest shower did not work well so we did not use that. The normal shower was a little tricky to adjust and the water pressure was very strong. The villa provided Balinese style shower amenities but we preferred using our own. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much to ask of them. The porters were also always on hand to assist. The hotel has 2 pools, one internal and near the spa and one on the beachfront. The locality to the beach (less than 2 minute walk) is great and there are plenty of sun loungers if you want to stay in the same place or watersports if you want to get out and about. The on site restaurant serves great food, although it is expensive compared to what else I had in Bali and on the island. The 4 star rating certainly comes with 4 star prices. I would recommend looking at the local restaurants and eateries for other options. The main negative was the external noise when in the room. It sounded like scooters were actually in the room from about 5am, we were that close to a cut through. Granted, there is little that can be done about this but it did affect our quality of sleep and relaxation.
